Delete Your Data
How to Delete Your 90s Card Account and Data
We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data from 90s Card, you have the following options:
Option 1: Delete via the App
- Open the 90s Card app
- Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
- Scroll down and tap Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision when prompted
Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2: Delete via Email
Send an email to 90scard@proton.me with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Your username
- Reason for deletion (optional)
We will process your request within 14 business days and send you a confirmation once completed.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you delete your account, we will remove:
- Your account information (name, email, username)
- Your digital card collection and vault data
- Your transaction history
- Your preferences and settings
- Any communications stored in our system
What Data May Be Retained?
In accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, we may retain certain data for a limited period, including:
- Transaction records required for financial reporting and tax purposes
- Data necessary to comply with legal obligations
- Information needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
This retained data will be securely stored and deleted once the retention period expires.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- Any unredeemed cards or pending shipments should be resolved before deletion
- If you have cards pending physical delivery, please wait until delivery is complete before requesting deletion
